Very good location just few mins to the beach. Hospitable stuff. Very good restaurant inside, but crowded from outside guests. The standard room is small and has window to the wall. The AC is very noisy.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! This review is completely honest! My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel very kindly upgraded our room and put us closer to the sea at JONY'S BEACH RESORT, with the sea just across the road. I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff. The hotel staff are very friendly, smiling, and pleasant people. They will help you with anything and tell you everything you need to know. They decorated our room and the wall in honor of our anniversary and scattered rose petals on the bed, which was very sweet and pleasant. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a very tasty welcome drink, which was freshly squeezed watermelon. In our experience, it was the most delicious drink among other hotels. Breakfast with a sea view is wonderful, a great restaurant. The excellent JONY'S restaurant on the beach, I recommend it to everyone! The hotel provides currency exchange, which is very convenient. If you are leaving early in the morning and don't have time for breakfast, they will give you sandwiches to take with you, and you can choose the flavor yourself. It was very nice, we enjoyed the sandwiches and water at the airport! Thank you to the very friendly staff, the wonderful girls at the reception, the administration, and the entire hotel for a great time. Everything about this hotel is great, except for one downside: the Wi-Fi in the room only worked near the entrance door. It was useless deeper inside the room. I mentioned it at the reception, and they promised to look into it but never did anything. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Fantastic stay near the beach. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and nice to have the balcony. Definitely would recommend staying here

Great location, with neat and clean rooms. The breakfast was awesome. I recommend it! The only downside is that sometimes the generators on the rooftops make noise at night, which you can occasionally hear.

Everything was great! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

The photos shown in my room type was supposed to be with balcony. That was the reason why I booked for the said room. But when I arrived, i was given a room without a balcony, when asked, was told that my room type was without a balcony. So maybe there was a misrepresentation by trip.com with their photos. The highlight of this hotel is the location and of course, the restaurant, pif out bistro. Loved the food and coffees!

Okay, here's my honest review. When I first arrived at the hotel, my initial impression wasn't great, but the lovely ladies on staff immediately turned things around. They were all very polite and helped me check in quickly, even though I arrived earlier than expected. However, when I saw the room, I was horrified. Everything was run-down and dirty, nothing like the pictures. I went to complain that I didn't like the room, and they resolved the issue in 5 minutes – all good. My first night was a nightmare. The window didn't open, and the view was of a neighboring building just 50 cm away. The air conditioner wasn't what we're used to; the unit in the room was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep. I couldn't fall asleep with it on, so I turned it off. I woke up after 5 hours, drenched in sweat from the heat and stuffiness. I immediately went to reception to try and fix the problem, but they couldn't help unless I paid extra for the most expensive room or lived with it, as all the other rooms were booked. It was 7 days of suffering, but oh well, the nature here is beautiful, and you don't have to spend much time in the hotel. The room cleaning was regular, and the hotel's location is excellent, with everything easily accessible.

Stayed at this hotel in January 2026. The room faced the road. Overall, it's not a bad hotel for the money. The breakfasts were tasty but repetitive. It's a five-minute walk to the sea. However, if you need quiet to sleep, this hotel isn't for you. The soundproofing is so poor that at night it felt like the bed was right on the road. I honestly didn't sleep for three nights until I found earplugs. Room cleaning wasn't really done; the floors were swept, not mopped. The reception staff were darlings. All in all, I wouldn't return here.

This hotel is a pleasure from the moment you check in. All the staff are friendly, always smiling and ready to answer your questions. They let us check in a little earlier than the official time, which was a welcome relief after all the flights and the transfer to the island. The main thing I want to highlight is the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. We stayed at four hotels on Boracay, and none of the others came close. Another major plus is the breakfast – it's really delicious, and I highly recommend including it when you book. And the third positive point is its close proximity – just a 5-minute walk – to a less crowded part of the beach. As a heads-up, the hotel doesn't have its own sun loungers since it's not beachfront. Our room faced the road, but it didn't bother us at all; we slept like logs. What could be improved? The cleaning. For some reason, they only sweep the floors instead of washing them. Overall, the shower is showing its age, but we didn't have any issues with water.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. There's hot water. There's a bit of a problem with the Wi-Fi, but you can buy a 16GB SIM card for $5 and then no problem. We'll come back here again.

The staffs were all great, they gave us welcome drinks when we arrived and they even moved us to a larger room since someone occupied the one that we originally booked. They also have very good breakfast and quality food at PIG OUT BISTRO hotel’s restaurant. The location is peaceful and very close to the beach just less than 5 mins walk. The only little problem is just the hot and cold water-sometimes it doesn’t warm but maintenance to the rescue. Overall if i would come back to boracay i will still stay in this hotel.
