This place offers an excellent service environment. You can stay within the resort 24/7 and enjoy the pool, massages, bar, restaurants, and a private beach without ever needing to leave. My favorite part was the breakfast; the staff were incredibly enthusiastic in explaining the meal options and thoughtfully asked what kind of coffee you'd like, offering a variety of choices. Since the beach is private, you can quietly enjoy the sunset without any disturbances. Plus, during happy hour, there's a buy-one-get-one-free drink promotion. The whole environment is very comfortable, perfect for families and travelers seeking a peaceful getaway.

This is a lovely beachfront hotel. The private beach ensures a very quiet and relaxing stay. The rooms and the entire property were immaculately clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The lush greenery surrounding the hotel grounds also adds to its charm, allowing guests to relax amidst nature. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to D'Mall, with 4 round trips per day. It has a capacity of 8 people and requires reservations. While very convenient, I think it would be even more useful if there were more frequent trips and if it could stop at a supermarket along the way. The chocolate buffet was very enjoyable, but I believe the satisfaction level would be even higher if fruits were also offered. Above all, the staff's hospitality was outstanding; they were always warm and accommodating throughout my stay. This is a highly recommended hotel that I would definitely want to stay at again.

Excellent 5-star hotel, Filipino style. It's very authentic and charming, with access to two neighboring luxury hotels. The staff are incredibly hardworking. They aren't experts at making cocktails, but if you explain what you want, they'll make it as requested. The spirits are good, and so are the bottled wines. There are many different romantic setups and similar options on the beach. The private beach is very clean, and the scenery and sea are magical. Breakfast is quite good, but otherwise, like everywhere else on this island, they don't seem to know how to cook. We tried eating at the Shangri-La and the hotel next door, and everywhere it felt like the chef wouldn't even eat their own food; I won't even bother describing it, everything was off. You really need to find a place with good food right away, otherwise you risk eating only bread rolls! 😁 But the coffee is very good there, and you can take it to go from breakfast. The staff are very friendly. As for cons, there's no late check-out. We were offered a maximum check-out at 2 PM for an extra charge, and after that, only booking for a full day was an option.

The beach is great, and the service is top-notch – they really pamper you. Breakfast, however, wasn't very tasty. There were a lot of baked goods, the fruit wasn't very good, and the beef wasn't flavorful. Chicken and pork were just okay. While there was a large selection, I found it to be pretty mediocre overall. Even the cappuccino machine didn't make a great coffee. It's not a 'wow' or premium breakfast; I'd rate it 3 out of 5. It's acceptable though, and the main thing is the beach, which is not crowded, only hotel guests. The grounds are well-maintained, nice but not 'wow' – 3 out of 5.
