The staffs at receptions counter are very helpful and polite. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. But at the last night, when I bck to hotel around 9pm and found that room service has forgotten to clean up my room.

We needed a hotel for one night, near Gare St. Jean and this one resuted in a great place. The room is confortable enough for a one night stay, and is really close to the station. The people at the Front Desk was very helpfull and kindness.

Service is good. Reception very helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly. The room is BARE nothing inside Not even a cup/glass to drink water from tap. Staying one day is ok.

Normal if you want to save money. Not expensive. 7 min from train station.

We thank the B&B hotel for finding us an arrangement (date change). Very warm welcome from the host present that evening at 10:30 p.m. who was able to manage the multiple setbacks with humor and professionalism. Very good breakfast (copious) including a young team at the service, attentive and caring. I highly recommend!

Very good hotel, the rooms are clean, well equipped and arranged. The proximity of the tram and other places of life is appreciable.

Very bad experience. When checking in, we found that the air conditioner in the room was broken. It was 27 degrees outside, and the room was small and very stuffy inside. The hotel is next to the train track. If you open the window, the noise is very loud. We went downstairs and took the front desk to the room to demonstrate the problem of the air conditioner. He said he would fix it but there was no way to change the room. It was speechless. My husband and I told him that we did not accept rooms with problematic facilities and needed to cancel the reservation for the next two days. He said he would ask the manager for instructions. We left the hotel to go out for dinner and informed Ctrip customer service. When we returned to the room at night, we found that the air conditioner was still broken. We asked the front desk and were told that they could not do anything. The attitude was very bad and said it was not their problem. In the end, we opened the window and endured the noise for a night. The next day, after many coordinations from Ctrip, we agreed to check out. This kind of bad business should be removed from the shelves!
