Beautiful scenery with river views. Spacious, clean room with good air conditioning. Polite front desk staff. The hotel has a well-equipped gym.

The room was quite satisfactory, and the service was good. Plus, the room had a water view. It's a bit far from the Old Town. The breakfast had fruit, but was lacking in green leafy vegetables, only offering shredded radish. If you're only staying one night in Bordeaux, it's better to stay near the Grand Theatre in the Old Town to experience the castle culture! For those staying just one night, you might want to compare if this is your preferred option.

The presidential suite was decent, but I'm not sure if it was peak season. I waited 15 minutes to check in at the front desk – typical French work attitude, very slow-paced. The room wasn't very big.

This hotel is just one bus stop away from the train station, making it super convenient for getting there. The facilities are relatively new, and there are a few restaurants and a small Carrefour nearby. You can also enjoy river views. The staff's service attitude is excellent.

Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the old town is easily accessible. There's a supermarket right next door to the hotel, and the restaurant across the street is fantastic too. The hotel facilities are also great. Had a really pleasant two-night stay.

The hotel is a bit far from the city's attractions, but it's only a 15-minute walk from the train station, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation quite convenient. A public parking lot is just across the street. While dining options nearby are limited, the hotel's own restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast is also good.

Excellent! The hotel is very new, the rooms are spacious, and the service is friendly. As a member, I had bottled water in the room and a kettle. The breakfast was good. The only minor issue was that the parking lot was full, so I had to park outside, but it was still very convenient.

Clean and tidy room. The hotel location is a bit far away from the town centre.but it’s within walking distance from the train and bus station. Excellent breakfast!!

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, cutting in and out, but everything else was good.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Bordeaux. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout — from the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile and going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight — a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality options with something to suit every taste. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the service and the food. Though foods could be replenished a bit faster during peak breakfast hours when popular items run out quickly.  Overall, a perfect stay in Bordeaux. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were unwelcoming and unpleasant, which significantly impacted the overall experience. Furthermore, no complimentary bottled water was provided daily, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Another negative point: the bathrobes were not changed after use, which is a real hygiene concern. Given these issues, I would not recommend this establishment.
