Quality Hotel Bordeaux Centre Reviews

Positive: fantastic location just off the main shopping street. Near shops, restaurants, pubs etc And less than 50m from a branch of Bordeaux’s famous caneles shop La Toque Cuivree. (Don’t leave with trying a few!) Slight negative: it’s in a pedestrian only street. We weren’t affected but if you need to handle bulky luggage, the taxis can’t drive up to the hotel’s doorstep and you have to walk 100m or so. Negative: the bathroom shower area was on a raised platform and wasn’t fully enclosed. The shower tile flooring became slippery once wet, and this made stepping up and down an exercise in caution.

The room was OK. It rained during our stay, and the first room we were given had a strong odor. It was fine after we changed the room, but the air conditioner didn't work, and the room was quite cold. The bathroom heater didn't heat the room the next day. When checking in, we had to show our credit card, but we just touched the card and didn't know what it was for. Nothing else.

Very well located in the center of Bordeaux. Very kind and competent staff. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel staff is very nice. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants, and next to the opera house. However, the hotel's hot water system is not good, and you have to wait a long time for hot water.

The location is very convenient, in the center of the old city. You can walk to anywhere in ten minutes

It is located along the main street in the city, so it is very accessible. The room also has a separate bathroom and toilet, which is common for Japanese people, so I was able to stay comfortably. The staff were also very kind. If I have the opportunity to come to Bordeaux again, I would like to use this hotel.

The pedestrian street in the city center is very convenient, most attractions can be reached by foot, and there are many restaurants and shops around. The hotel room is not big but the ceiling is high so it doesn't feel oppressive. The breakfast has many varieties and good hygiene conditions. Because it is in the pedestrian commercial district, taxis can't drive to the door, which may not be suitable for elderly people with heavy luggage and inconvenient legs and feet.

Excellent location, attentive staff, just tired bedding

I stayed at 14 hotels on this trip, but this hotel was the best. The size of the room, the fact that it wasn't a unit bath, and the fact that it had a refrigerator and Nespresso machine were comfortable. There was also water service. It was a good environment as it was close to the main street and close to the places and restaurants I wanted to go to.

Quiet even in the middle of pedestrian streets for both shops and restaurants, all in abundance and for all budgets but above all in the middle of historic places and very close to the long promenade along the Garonne with its Place de la Bourse and the old stone bridge of Bordeaux! Breakfast buffet with a wide choice, both hot and cold, breads and pastries, brioche and cakes, orange or lemon water, multiple fruit juices, and to top it off, canister coffees, coffee beans, teas, etc. and obviously a platter of cannelés, a tradition of Bordeaux hospitality!!!

Comme décrit. Le lit était bien, le canapé lit aussi. Y a juste la climatisation qui est bruitante. Bien situé en plein centre.

Hôtel très sympa en plein de cœur de Bordeaux très propre literie très confortable isolation phonique au top et café et thé offerts dans la chambre en plus d’une fontaine à eau disponible à l’accueil tout était parfait
