We stayed in this hotel for New Year's Eve and we had a great time. Very kind staff, clean rooms, breakfast with everything we needed, and excellent location just outside Mantua. I highly and confidently recommend this hotel. Thanks for everything

The description says that check-in is from 2 p.m. The road was long. We arrived at 10.55, at 11 p.m. the girl from the reception said that registration closed at 11 and we should go out and register ourselves in the machine. When I asked for help in registering through the machine, she refused and rudely closed the door to the hotel in front of us, so that we could not go in and pick up the things we had already left in the hotel lobby. It was 11.02 p.m. she said to call support through the machine. Support answered, but did not register. We accidentally noticed a person outside the door and asked to help us through the door. Only with his help were we able to contact support for registration. I think that such service as the girl at the reception provided is unacceptable for working with people.

Very good value for money, even during the big wine show.
The front desk staff was very friendly and provided help promptly.
The downside is that the air conditioning in the room does not work... It was hot as a dog...

Clean hotel, attentive and kind staff. Recommended for overnight stays during long trips or for work because it is very close to the motorway. Need to have your own vehicle to visit Mantua which is located a few km away.
