3rd stay with Concordia, as always we loved it. A few new tweaks, which we thought worked well. Less buffet options, more table service at Breakfast & Dinner along with cocktail hour nibbles - small platters of cheese & ham served at the table. Breakfast is excellent, staff are always friendly and professional, it was fabulous to see some familiar faces on our return! The hotel is always spotlessly clean! We did book a bit later than usual and as such had an attic style room, while it was noisy on the first night, we were undisturbed after that. We could have moved rooms if we'd wanted to but decided not to.. The nights we ate in the restaurant we enjoyed. Wines are good, cocktails are excellent, pasta is homemade and fresh as you'd expect. We didn't always enjoy every dish but that's more down to personal taste than quality. Location is fantastic - a few minutes walk to the lifts to get you an early start.
