給了個很大的房間，超級滿意！
酒店環境很好！
當天有婚禮活動，所以沒機會品嚐米其林餐廳，是個遺憾，不過酒店還是不錯的！
唯一不足：沒有電梯，超大行李搬上去有些吃力。

I would 100% not recommend this hotel booked a room we were at the hotel before reception was supposed to close for check-in. No one was there. We had to sleep in our car and then the hotel in the morning completely lied and said they were open and they had made calls to us, they still charged us. do not trust this Hotel they are liars!!!!

Excellent service, very kind staff. Food at the restaurant was amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful. Great location and very stylish inside. I accidentally left some clothes in my room before flying back to the UK and they posted them back on the same day.

Extremely disappointing and very inhuman guest treatment. We did not get our room we paid for. We were driving for 11 hrs to get to the hotel and Because our child was taken to hospital we were late to check in which we informed staff off. There is No staff in the hotel over night in case of emergency I wonder if this is even legal to leave guests in the building with No help on site.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met alles erop en eraan. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Kamer was ook schoon en netjes ingericht. Met leuk uitzicht op de grazende koeien en het landgoed Twickel. Het ontbijt buffet was uitgebreid. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Prachtige hotelkamer met eigen terrasje waar wij fijn een koffie hebben gedronken. Diner is echt een feestje! Prachtige en smaakvolle gerechten, en heerlijke bijpassende wijnen! Personeel heel vriendelijk. Wij komen zeker terug!
