The rooms were roomy! The pool was great! There was a dangerous situation at the pool, however. A colony of bees has taken up residence in a crack in the pool coping. The management is aware of the issue, but does not want to kill the colony. FYI. The exterior of our building was not in good shape. The paint was peeling, and the wooden steps were starting to crack. Outdoor picnic areas were great. From the tables out in the open
we watched the stars come out. I would definitely stay here again!

Quaint property with garage and full kitchen. Comfortable bed. Bikes available for use, older, rusty, but they work. Very responsive property owners.

We were driving a Tesla and from the internet we thought we could charge our car overnight, but they would not help us, although there were many empty RV electric hookups available. It was frustrating that we had to drive round trip 75 miles to charge our Tesla. We tried three of the local EV stations, but the were not functioning or would not accept our adapter.
The room was spacious and easy for me to walk to. However, to open the locked door via the card was very difficult. We always had to try 5 or 6 times before the entry card would work.

We stayed one night at Palm Canyon Hotel. It was very close to Anza Borrego State Park and other shopping areas.
Room was spacious and clean. Mattress was comfortable. Pillows were ok. Hotel can provide better pillows.
Facility front office staff was courteous and friendly. Resturant had good menu. We enjoyed our hand-cut fries , healthy delicious salad.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay again if we visit Anza Borrego State Park.

Pool hours are open untill 10:00pm. If I stay ever stay here again I will be sure to check into a room that is far from the noise that happy families make as they enjoy the pool. I needed to sleep for a 5am wake up. So hard to sleep over happy children screaming “Marco Polo!” That said the staff are nice and check in was easy and the location is central.

Liked the proximity to the park. Didn’t like the fact that children weren’t allowed in the hot tub and the tacky cowboy motif. Food wasn’t too good.

It was well located, had friendly staff and was reasonably priced.
But everything seems old and of middle quality at best. Everything was fine but just well worn. Not that we will be back to Borrego Springs but if we were we may very well stay here again but knowing what to expect.
