Idyllic place!!! Exceptional treatment, they make you feel at home from minute one. We are a couple who traveled by van and due to the weather we decided to spend a night in a hotel.... We stopped here and our surprise exceeded our expectations. Everything very clean, cozy room with everything you need. Breakfast with local products is highly recommended. Our grade is 10!!! Un gran descubrimiento.A tan solo 10 min en coche de Vielha ,es un hotel familiar,encantador y muy cómodo . Destaco en general todo el hotel ,pero en particular me gustaría nombrar el buen trato de una amabilidad exquisita por parte de sus propietarios ,en concreto con el señor Oriol,una persona encantadora .Me dio la impresión que el resto del personal que trabajaban en el hotel son iguales en el trato ,pero nosotros inetraccionamos con Oriol . Somos una familia que hemos estado en hoteles de mucha mayor categoría pero muchas veces el trato de sus trabajadores deja mucho que desear ,deberían aprender del equipo que forman en este hotel ,quería expresar esto para que sea un hotel referente en cuanto a formas y trato . Muchas gracias por todo .

Desde fuera no lo parece.... pero si no buscas muchas estrellas, es un hotel acogedor, limpio y con una atención de manual. Estuvimos un fin de semana i todo fue de maravilla. No dan comidas, pero el desayuno es para disfrutarlo. Lo mejor de todo...el dueño. Creo que se llama Carles... i es un crack. Esta en todos los sitios i para todo lo que necesites. Atento, simpático y profesional. Un hostelero de los de toda la vida y de la vieja escuela. Para volver!!!!!!

Hemos estado alojados en este hotel unos días y nos han tratado de maravilla. La habitación era un dúplex y podían estar los niños por un lado y mi mujer y yo por otro, cada uno a sus cosas. Por las mañanas, Carles, el responsable del hotel nos preparaba un desayuno espectacular y nos ayudó también a elegir los sitios más bonitos para visitar. Además en el entorno hay muchas cosas que hacer. Nosotros hemos estado en las tirolinas y montando a caballo, por ejemplo. Es muy posible que repitamos en invierno, una gozada.
