The room was spacious, and the murphy bed was very comfortable. The separate murphy bed and king-size bed areas make it perfect for families traveling with children. We booked a river view room, but were given a room with an angled river view over the main entrance instead. 😅

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a ten-minute drive from the airport. Harvard University is practically on its doorstep, and Harvard Business School is only a ten-minute walk away. The Charles River is right outside, offering views of kayakers early in the morning. Surprisingly, bottled water was provided in the room, which is a rare find. The breakfast buffet was also good. Overall, it offers great value for money at its price point.

They didn't even verify the parking information, and we only found out about the extra $47 charge when we received the bill. Luckily, Ctrip helped us get a refund.

The facilities at the hotel are clean and well organized but the services are somewhat questionable. We are arriving at the hotel from an international flight which got delayed, and we reached out to the hotel by email beforehand to let them know about our late arrival (they replied to the email saying they have made a note on our reservation about this). However when we arrived at the hotel they refused to check us in, explaining that they already gave the room to someone else (there were no rooms left at the hotel when we arrived). This is confusing because hotels should retain the rooms for customers for the whole period of their stay, especially when it was a prepaid booking, instead of double-dipping and selling the room to another customer. We arrived at around 2AM and there was nowhere to go, we spent remainder of the the night sitting in the lobby. We also had a minor travelling with us, a child who had a leg injury and spent the night sitting in his wheelchair.

Traveling with two adults and two kids, we struggled to find a suitable hotel, so we decided to just make do for a few nights. To our surprise, it was amazing! The layout was practical, the hygiene was impeccable, and it even had a microwave. The beds were comfortable, and it was cleaned daily. The value for money was incredible. After a month of staying in hotels across the US, this felt like hitting the jackpot. The restaurant's steak and burgers were delicious; I initially thought they wouldn't be good and regretted only eating there once. And the cookies 🍪 were absolutely delicious!

The main bed was very spacious and comfortable, and the wall pull-down bed was surprisingly large and comfortable as well. Service & Vibe: Friendly front desk staff, great housekeeping, and a quiet overall environment. The Catch: The room AC unit was very noisy. Light sleepers beware! Other than the loud AC, everything about this hotel was virtually perfect.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from MIT, Harvard, Boston University, Berklee College of Music, Tufts University, and Northeastern University. A taxi ride costs between $15-20 to these locations. It's also conveniently close to major attractions, generally under $20 by taxi. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Harvard Square and downtown, with fewer runs on weekdays and more on weekends, which is great for getting around. There's a Whole Foods market and a gas station within an 8-minute walk, making everyday life very convenient. The river view rooms offer nice scenery, and you can enjoy Boston's night view from the top floor.

The hotel's location is fantastic. You can walk to Harvard and MIT in about 30 minutes, and it's also perfect for an early morning run. The river view room offers lovely scenery, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I'm very satisfied.

They offer a free shuttle service to Harvard University and downtown, but be sure to check the schedule, as there are fewer services on Saturdays and Sundays. 2. We received welcome cookies upon check-in, and slippers were provided, though you have to ask for them at the front desk. 3. The room was clean and tidy, and the size was just right, even with the partition. 4. Complimentary bottled water is only provided on the first day of your stay (two bottles). You'll need to purchase water subsequently. However, free hot water is available at the front desk.

The hotel facilities and service are both excellent, and the location is convenient. They even offer a shuttle service to nearby stations and attractions. The staff are friendly and professional. When I noticed an overcharge for parking on my final bill, even though it wasn't directly handled by the front desk staff member, she promptly waived the fee, demonstrating trust and respect for the customer.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and patient. Even though I only speak a few words of English, they used a translation app on their phone to communicate with me, which made my check-ins smooth every day. The weather was great during my stay, and I got to see beautiful sunsets right next to the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent. If you cross the bridge behind the hotel, Cambridge is to your left and MIT to your right, with beautiful riverside views. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and helped us get a room with a great view. Parking was also very convenient. Just a bit further past the bridge, there's an old lobster roll shop, and a supermarket with good value for money is only a ten-minute walk away.

The hotel is located near Harvard Business School and has a bus stop nearby. When I checked out, I discovered a supermarket about a 10-minute walk across from the hotel, which was convenient for stocking up on supplies. The room was clean, with a separate bedroom and living room. The mattress was a bit soft, but the sofa was comfortable.
