The Westin Boston Seaport District

This hotel is huge, with many rooms and an impressive lobby. I happened to be there during the World Cup, and several big screens in the lobby were showing football matches, creating a lively and great atmosphere. The hardware facilities in the room were also excellent; the room was large, bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well and quietly. On my first day, I noticed some stains on the bed sheets. After a quick call, a staff member promptly brought clean ones, though they handed them to me to change myself. The front desk also gave me two $20 breakfast vouchers with no minimum spend, which I could use to order from the menu. The restaurant staff were all very nice. It’s very convenient for getting around; you can walk a few minutes to Boston South Station, then take the train two stops, or walk there in about twenty minutes.

I found it quite mediocre. The environment felt like a show home in China.

The room was okay, just a bit dated. The location is excellent, right across the street from the Convention Center. As it's an older, established hotel, the service was still very good. The restaurant in the lobby was decent too.

The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.

The service and attitude were terrible. The hotel charged my credit card 7 times without my consent.
