Old, dated, and basic. Not at all what I expected from a Ritz-Carlton, especially compared to their properties in mainland China or Hong Kong. I'd highly recommend the Four Seasons instead.

The flowers ordered through the concierge were lovely. It's not far from Chinatown, making it easy to walk to dinner. It's also close enough to go for a run in the park. The location is good.

This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.
