The first room I was given upon check-in hadn't been cleaned by the previous guest. The second room was okay, but the subway under the hotel is truly awful.

The location is superb, just a minute's walk from the subway exit. We were in Boston during a major snowstorm, so it was a lifesaver that the hotel was so close; otherwise, we would have frozen on the way. The breakfast was also quite good.

Great location right next to Broadway RedLine metro. The hotel is very clean and quiet for a good sleep. It will be even better if can install more lighting inside the room. Room size is also good for a family of 3.

There was no drinking water given. It was good that they had a dining area but weren't offering breakfast. They had coffee and snacks from 6am to 6pm but not reliable. there were days when snacks weren't available and dining room staff weren't so helpful. cleaning was also so so and they did not fill up in room coffee capsules regularly. It was a good quiet part of town but not near enough for kids to take the walk to downtown everyday.

The hotel is in good location… the rooms are very clean and spacious never the less the hotel staffs are very nice and accommodating … highly recommended…

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and popular attractions. The service was good, and the facilities were complete. The shampoo and soap used were of excellent quality. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. If this could be improved, it would be perfect.

The hotel is not far from Boston Central Station, and there is a subway right outside the door, making transportation very convenient. There is a supermarket just around the corner downstairs with affordable prices, and the pizza set meals are very good value for money.
