A clean hotel with comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was good, although such a terrible waste using plastic cutlery and cups as well as paper plates and cups, not great for the environment at all. Nice downstairs area to socialise in the evening. It would have been nice to have been told on check in about the free food available on Wednesday evening, with crackers, cheese, salad, soup, cookies, beer and soft drinks rather than stumble upon it 5 minutes before it stopped and therefore miss out. The same goes for the free coffee that is available all day and only finding out about it not long before leaving.. Didn't use the swimming pool as was rather crowded already when we went there. The gym was spacious and welll equipped. No flexibility on a later check out, with check out being 11am which is early for a hotel of this size. Location wise we walked or took the local buses which was fine but you are some distance out of the city which might not suit some.

Everything was perfect. The room is very clean and the beds are very comfortable! Nice view of the seaport. Can see planes flying in and out all the time which makes the stay more interesting. Will definitely book it again.

Amazing and beautiful inside this hotel.  Our room was so clean and comfortable we were very happy with our stay.  The staff was so friendly and welcoming, we were able to find our restaurant and concert venue with the directions from the staff.  Also very friendly staff in the breakfast area and quick to clean the tables and add more food.

Beautiful place, just understaffed, which created long lines for the valet parking and for Sunday morning breakfast.. also wasn't a fan of only 12 people allowed in the pool

The hotel was lovely. It was a little confusing as there are two hotel names under one roof and the gentleman checking in forgot to mention that I could use my Hilton rewards to receive a welcome gift as he did with everyone else checking in. The breakfast has a great selection of fruits or meals, cereals and pages. The coffee is on tap are helpful if they were available all day breakfast ending at 9 AM is just unheard of, quite early. I did a food delivery one night and the food was dropped off on a delivery shelf, which was quite innovative. The gym facility was excellent. Would only fault the location as it’s quite a distance from the actual Seaport boardwalk and you can only catch a cab or drive coming with this hotel.

The hotel location is okay and room is spacious. Breakfast is a bit pack with quite a long queue due to short breakfast time and inefficient layout.

We arrived at the hotel about 8:30 p.m. check in with smooth we even got a room that had a view of the port and the next morning we were able to see our cruise ship. Good morning breakfast was pretty much what all hotels that offer breakfast was like they had some yogurt some pastries oatmeal scrambled eggs waffles and even a taco making area. I got a sense the hotel was pretty new but the best thing about it was it was only a 10 minute walk to the cruise ship the following morning. I would stay again.
