Our flight arrived late, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel facilities. The location and cleanliness were good. There was service, but not much warmth or hospitality. It’s a straightforward business hotel—functional, but nothing beyond that.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

This is the second time I've visited this hotel, and each time I've stayed for more than 10 days. It's in a great location, very convenient to go anywhere, and most importantly, it overlooks Quincy Market. I also specifically chose this room type.

Everything was the worst except for the location! The service and facilities weren't even 4-star; they weren't even 1-star. It was an old, dreary, and dark prison-like room. Don't be fooled by the photos! I booked this because the location was good and the windows and view looked so pretty in the pictures, but in reality, it was a stuffy, prison-like room with no windows or view like the photos. I assume the rooms in the photos with large windows and beautiful views are higher tiers, so shouldn't they change the photos to avoid confusion? The room was very old, with a small window, and the view was just a pitch-black wall of the building next door. The room was also dark and gloomy. The heater in the room was so loud that it made loud "beep! beep!" noises intermittently, making it impossible to sleep with it on. The refrigerator door was broken. The most ridiculous thing was that when I picked up the phone to talk to the front desk about this, even the phone was broken;;; hahaha. Ha. I mean, it seemed like there were plenty of rooms left, so couldn't they have shown some common sense and given us a better room? Aside from the convenient location, everything else was disappointing. I recently stayed at this hotel and was completely disappointed. The room was dusty, with dust accumulating everywhere, including on lampshades, light bulbs, and especially the air conditioner.
