The service was great although if you are allergic, this is not the hotel for you. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As many other mentioned the breakfast service is very good. It is really close to the metro 10, which connects easily to the centre of Paris. The area is quite and safe at night. However, as soon as you go into the air feels stuffy. I had to use the stairs up to my room because the elevator button was not working, and I started coughing immediately. The stairs had no ventilation and every floor has a carpet that smelled mouldy. The smell is really strong up the stairs and in the room I stayed. I had to sleep with the balcony door open to help with the smell, but I still coughed the whole night. I had to use my inhalor every night (I carry it just in case, but don't use it on a regular basis). I would suggest the hotel to wash the curtains regularly and clean the carpets more often. Also to open the windows before guests arrive.

The hotel was very good. Clean, good vibes, good restaurant and breakfast. Rooms were clean and space enough. We got castle bed for children and they get fun of it. It’s 10 min walking to the closer metro station and in Parco de Principi area. Very comfortable. Special note for the breakfast which was amazing. The only concern is that at reception there is always queue because only one staff is there

I recommend closed eyes this hotel near the Marcel Sembat metro station (a few minutes walk, line 9 and 9 stops to arrive at Trocadero / Eiffel Tower) and near all the comforts (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc). We stayed in this hotel for 4 days (or more exactly 4 nights because we went to Paris with the children on the day). The room was clean every evening when we returned. We haven't taken breakfast at the hotel so I will not give any advice. As it is a hotel apartment, I had taken the necessary for breakfast in the morning and for the evening, we either bought to eat in the nearby supermarkets, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Most of the staff don't speak English, but they treat their guests kindly. Even if I didn't speak well, I helped me hard to solve my problem. There is a microwave on the 0th floor, so you can buy a simple meal and solve the meal yourself, and there was a bakery and a Chinese restaurant right opposite. Within 5 minutes walk, there are shops, fruit shops, supermarkets, pharmacies that can buy Navigo traffic cards! The accommodation and elevator are narrow but the price is cheaper than other hotels, so it's okay if you stay short!

Very dusty environment in the room. Breakfast is simply a joke: you have to order in advance (the day before) from an extremely poor menu. Breakfast is served in a super small room underground (5 tables at all), the reception will tell you ”if there are no free tables you can grab your breakfast and bring it in your room”... (Where your table and your living space is ridiculously small). No services at all, no bar, no restaurant, nothing. Just a room. They should name it hostel, not hotel.

The Jardin de Saint Cloud exceeded expectations! When booking, I had read reviews complaining that it was far from Central Paris, which it true- its in Saint Cloud. So if that is a concern it may not be a fit. However, it was perfect for us! We were visiting friends in Saint Cloud. The Jardin allowed us to take public transit into Central Paris. It is across the street from the T2, a shot walk to one of the M lines, and a VERY steep walk to the L. We easily got to our activities in the city each morning and returned each afternoon in time to visit with our friends for the evening. The rooms were clean and far more spacious than I anticipated (we did book a suite). The pool was great for my 9 year old and breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are lucky enough to return to France to visit our friends again, we will 100% book here again!

You feel safe to walk even at 10pm in the evening. In the daytime, you could stroll along the road leisurely and buy souvenirs. You can also find nice bakery shops nearby for breakfast. There is a flea market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Don’t miss! Good bargain buys! You can hear a lot of voices from neighbors and streets. One piece of advice: book on the courtyard side. I find the price is a bit expensive.

I recommend closed eyes this hotel near the Marcel Sembat metro station (a few minutes walk, line 9 and 9 stops to arrive at Trocadero / Eiffel Tower) and near all the comforts (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc).
