The hotel lounge with its armchairs that have seen better days. The receptionist was pleasant but we quickly felt a lot of stress. We were reminded to be on time for dinner. We were asked what we were going to drink for breakfast the next day, noting that there was no choice of teas. The room was large and complete but we could hear all the noise from the reception. At the meal we arrived on time and sat down at a table given the absence of the staff. A quarter of an hour later we received the menu. When the owner came to take the order we asked for an aperitif. We were told after the order of the dishes because the chef has to start his preparations. The meal was good except for the mousse that was too dry. The next day at breakfast lunch we found no one. My wife had to go looking for the staff. We asked for orange juice, which was not on the buffet, and were told that it was against the hotel's ecological policy because the oranges come from South Africa!!! We ended up getting some, and no eggs, which are made to order, I'm happy to, but to ask for them, someone has to be there. This hotel operates with 4 people who are completely overwhelmed and border on rude. The prices do not correspond at all to the 4 stars.
