The cleanliness of the room was not up to par,
There were cobwebs, all sorts of marks on the doors, and a lot of mold on the front door, which is right next to the bed.

Pour un mariage dans la région nous avions réservé 1 nuitée par Trip Advisor à l'Hotel des Landes le Rheu. Le réceptionniste nous a demandé de régler la chambre alors que nous lui avions fourni votre formulaire de réservation. Il n'a rien voulu entendre sinon nous ne pouvions pas coucher et de ce fait nous avons payé les 54.07€ en espèces!!! Cette situation est inadmissible et je vous demande de bien revoir le fonctionnement de cet hotel et procéder au remboursement de ma réservation
