Receptionist （female）unbearably rude for no reason. No service etiquette at all. The male receptionist at the second morning is quite nice. Bournemouth people are quite nice. The only unpleasant experience happens here at the hotel. Won’t rebook for this particular reason.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and cleanliness to a very high standard. There was some noise from other guests rooms but that can’t be helped, suggest taking ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper and plan on an early night. Had a terrific stay and would return. Staff were super friendly and helpful! They even helped me carry my suitcase up as I had a weak arm.

In fact, sanitation and services are OK,
But when I first went in, I was very angry. I was arranged in the corner of the second floor. There was no elevator, and I had to carry the suitcases up. It was clearly a parent-child room, but it turned into a double bed room. The hotel said that there was no room and returned it to us. At that time, the information provided by Ctrip was wrong, so an extra bed was given to me, and the room became very crowded. The toilet is huge. The desk lamp by the table also fell off, which looked dangerous.
Only the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept on during this trip, not too soft.

I like this room very much. The windows are bright and clean, and the facilities in the house are very comprehensive. There are bathtubs and showers. The beach is outside the house. It is very convenient to walk for a few minutes. It is very suitable for family outings.

The Orchid Hotel has an excellent proximity to Bournemouth Pier, and local shops! David at reception was an MVP of our stay! He has a exceptional personality for customer service and shared a few laughs at the bar! Outstanding customer service and attention to detail!
