There is a large seating area underneath in the shade or Adirondack chairs to sit around and talk about the fish that got away… the living room is perfect for movie night and the porch is the perfect spot for your coffee in the morning or favorite drink at night! And the kitchen is large for those that like to cook!Max of 6 people and boat total must be under 30ft… Due to severe allergies, our house is a pet free zone and a NON SMOKING HOUSE. Any animals or friends with any kind of pet will really impact our health and safety. Any smoking will also impact our safety and require professional cleaning…Please help us prevent that.
