Thank you for helping us keep the space as comfortable as possible for everyone!When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice.Please note unfortunately we do not issue refunds for burn bans, closing of any community amenities due to rain or any other unforeseen circumstance that is beyond our control.We do our best to ensure the propane tanks are full for grills and/or fire pits, and also try to provide enough wood for the fireplaces, but cannot guarantee it.Although our water heater is the largest possible for this home, please note that hot water is not unlimited. We’ve added a booster to provide extra hot water, but if multiple showers are used at the same time, it may take some time for the supply to recover. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion. MAINTENANCE WINDOWSThe hot tub is serviced and inspected regularly. If the hot tub is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or mechanical issues, no refunds or discounts will be issued.
