If you are coming down the mountain you have the right of way and the person going up would back down. This road is gravel, narrow and steep, and can get bumpy and rough in some areas. Drive slow! The house is located on top of a mountain, so watch the weather forecast. During months of November - April, a four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle is REQUIRED. While plenty of dry days occur during those months where a regular vehicle would be fine, you cannot predict those in advance. You will not be able to get to the cabin on 2WD car in inclement weather during winter months! Please take this warning seriously for those months. Please make sure you securely close the bin each time after you drop off a trash bag, so wild animals can't get in. Do not overload the trash bin. Furthermore, agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $200. Damage to a hot tub cover will result in a $400 charge. Cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use.
