The house has been fully upgraded with hardwood environmentally friendly bamboo floors (one of our kids has severe allergies, so we replaced all the carpet throughout the home with hardwood floors), new air and heating, new shades, as well as new furniture, sheets, blankets, etc. It is the only new-er (2004 built) three-story home in Central Davis with a large loft on the third floor, which can be used as an additional bedroom, work room, playroom, or a combination of all three!We are locals and invested in ensuring that your stay is of quality and nothing short of exceptional, so we are happy to customize the house to meet your needs! To this end, if you're bringing children, please let us know, and we'll be happy to provide toys/games and ensure suitable sleeping arrangements.
