We lifted up the sheets and there was a bounce of stink bugs in the bed there was stains all in the bed sheets the bed was definitely remade instead of changed

Nice hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Night shift manger very nice day shift not as friendly. We did enjoy ourselves and the location was good. Would stay there again.

Bad location and the pool and hot tub area are down and they do not let you know online or at the desk. I was checked in and gonna go swimming when I got to the pool it was locked and not available for use.

Desperately needs upgrading. Third floor hallway was poorly lit and very noisy. Hair in the tub, dust on the furniture

The lady on night shift was great. Parking not great and the room was in bad shape, clean but not inviting. The hotel and rooms had a unwelcoming odor. Worked for just needing a few hours of sleep and a quick shower.

Have stayed at this hotel many years as it is close to beech bend. This hotel has been great up until this stay. The blanket had cigarette holes, the ceiling had some type of stains as well as under the mirror, the carpet was torn and you would trip over it. The elevator also didn't work for two days of our stay which didn't affect us but we seen an older couple struggle to get up the stairs.

The room was pretty clean, however it didn’t need some updates. The bed spread had holes and the bathroom wall had cracks. The staff were friendly though and we had no other complaints.

Enjoyed breakfast. Parking was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
