Very clean, and very friendly staff....we both really had a great time while visiting bowling green....glad we chose to stay here and we will definitely be returning...thanks so mych!

I specifically booked and paid for a pool-view room based on the hotel’s advertised description and photos. Upon arrival, the room we were assigned had absolutely no view of the pool. Instead, the window faced what appeared to be a dark storage or maintenance area, making the room feel more like it was located beside a janitor’s closet than the pool-view accommodation we had purchased. The room did not match what was advertised and was a major disappointment from the start. Things became even worse the next day. When we checked in, I asked the front desk if a late checkout was available. The employee checked and then told us that a 1:00 PM checkout was approved. We gladly accepted because we arrived late, the pool was already closed, and our three children were exhausted. They had been excited all day about swimming, so we planned to let them enjoy the pool the next morning before our approved checkout time. However, before 10:30 AM, housekeeping attempted to enter our room, and shortly afterward management came to the room as well. My husband went to the front desk to resolve the issue and was told that the hotel “doesn’t do 1:00 PM checkouts.” The manager reviewed our reservation and confirmed that their employee had in fact approved the 1:00 PM checkout. Despite acknowledging the mistake was made by hotel staff, management denied us access to the pool because of the checkout dispute. The entire experience felt unfair and unprofessional.

Booked this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub people seem to be pleased with, upon check in(Wednesday) the pool was closed by health inspector until Friday. Pool ended up being closed until Monday and when it opened the hot tub was inoperable, staff didn’t seem to care and was standoffish. Ice machine was broken as well, place seems to be falling apart. I know it’s a budget place to stay but should be maintained better

The bed sheets were dirty on both beds. One sheet had blood on it . The pool was very dirty ,full of different people's hair . The water in the pool was cloudy . I would not get in it. I will never go back to that hotel!

Everything was good except the t.v. some of the channels had no sound the remote didn't work very good

The pool needs updating and cleaning, there was bugs in the jacuzzi, the pool watef was foggy and rocks in it..

Staff was very nice, the hotel itself is definitely in need of some remodeling work as there were apparent dated or dilapidation in some areas. Everything was clean though. I would stay here again!

When I’m booking my room I was pumped cause it looked sooo NICE! We get there & the outside looks NICE! We get our first room, yes our first room, & I go to the bathroom & there is HAIR EVERYWHERE! In the bottom of the shower, on the walls of the shower, on the shower curtain, on the floor, on the “clean” towels. The floor was sticky like someone spilled juice on it. My husband & I went down to the office & asked to switch rooms & they did. They upgraded our room & we walked in & it looked great. We sat all our stuff down & I started to look around. My eyes got huge, I yelled for my husband & yelled “they have roaches, BIG ONES”. I counted one roach, two roach, three roach, four roach on the floor. They were dead roaches but they were present. My husband pulled the tv stand out to check for live ones & a straw with drug paraphernalia dropped out from the back of the fridge. This was the worst experience of my life. It was midnight, we drove all day & was exhausted. They had no other rooms to move us to so we were kind of just out of luck at that point. Not a good experience to experience when going on a two days getaway trip for your wedding anniversary.

They said they didn't have a working ice machine. Wouldn't give extra towels until we brought back the ones we used. Was okay for the money.
