1. The hotel is in a very good location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the cruise pier. There are many restaurants nearby, and accommodation and meals are very convenient. The room is large, and there is a living room, which is unexpected, but the living room is next to the bed, next to the street, it is a bit noisy in the morning and evening, especially in the UK where the speed of the car is generally faster, so pay attention. Breakfast is bread, yogurt, cereal, milk, etc. prepared in advance. Some are in the refrigerator and some are in the locker. Don't expect too much.
2. If you come by car, ask the front desk for a parking card. It is 3 pounds per day and has unlimited parking. There are several places to park, which is actually very convenient. When you leave, you can drive in the parking lot first, and when you come back, just leave your keys and parking card at the front desk.

An absolutey brilliant place, close to the centre and the whole suite is clean, modern and warm. Very elegant. The hosts are very friendly too. No parking but they have a parking system where you pay a lot less than the price of the council car parks.

Really lovely place…spotless clean …great bedding and decor and the hosts Martin and Howie are so welcoming…. The location is excellent…We Have stayed here in the past and continue to enjoy their hospitality….and can’t wait to returnL….

Such a lovely few days in Bowness! I stayed in Langdale Suite with my partner and it was so so cosy. Howie and Martin greeted us with a warm welcome and helped us whenever we needed it. The room was spotless and had stunning views of the lake - when I come back to the lakes I will 100% return.

We booked via a friend and it turned out to be one of their best decisions, originally booked for 2 nights but extended to 4 as we were so impressed with our suite, Cat Bells, it was immaculately presented and had everything we required, presented by the superb hosts who can’t do enough to make you feel welcome and relaxed, it’s prime location is perfect for the whole of the District, Howie and Martin, thanks again, we will be back, D & K

We visited as a last minute trip to the lakes from carlisle. From start to finish, we had this best time. Warmly welcomed after a comprehensive description from Martin on the phone about the rooms which was important as i really needed a suite with a living room area. The boys recommended lovely places and ideas for the loacl area.

I cannot praise the accommodation or the hosts highly enough! 5 stars!! We arrived after 4pm with no booking due to our original accommodation letting us down. We were given a lovely suite and great advice about things to do in the surrounding area. Incredibly warm lovely people and a beautiful hotel! A revisit is a must!

Excellent hosts,friendly and helpful,cats bells suite was exceptional,great view of lake,location couldn't be better and the car park voucher for £3 a day is an added bonus,if we return to the lakes we wouldn't stay anywhere else,thanks Martin & Howie Martin &Debbie

An excellent place to visit Bowness. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. You are given a discounted pass to park in a car park a short walk away. The room we stayed in was very spacious, divided into an ensuite bedroom and living area. Rooms are beautifully appointed, and we had a view over the lake. It couldn't be more conveniently located to stroll into the town, less than a minute away. We'll definitely be coming back, highly recommended.
