The room is quiet, well-equipped, clean and warm. The breakfast is delicious. The environment near the hotel is good and ecological. There is a small garden that is very beautiful. The maze farm recommended by the hostess is very fun and highly recommended.

Lovely room in a perfect location, would highly recommend. We received a very friendly welcome on arrival, the lakeshore, marina and Bowness town centre are a very short walk away, the perfect base to explore the Lakes, couldn't be happier.

The room was very warm and cosy had an amazing sleep the lady lady was welcoming from the start and made sure we had everything we needed, we will definitely stay again it was the perfect location couldn't of asked for more can't wait to come back .

Just had a lovely one-night stay at the Lingwood Lodge. We were met personally by Sandra when we arrived at the property, who was lovely and welcoming. The room was nice, clean, and warm, and plenty big enough for the two of us. Free parking is an absolute bonus too. Sandra saw us off when we left, which was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Bowness. Next time, we will book directly though, as they offer a 10% reduction for doing so.

Sandra and Carl were exceptional hosts and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Carl for saving the day when LakeSide Taxies did not turn up. He promptly offered to drive us to the restaurant where a family birthday party had been arranged just down the road. Thank you so much Carl! Accommodation is spot on, clean, quiet and ideally placed for walkers and cyclists. Walking into Bowness is a mere 6-7minute walk. Would definitely return.

Little Gem, great location, very clean quiet rooms and Sandra is a great host, had good communications before our trip. The hotel is an easy five minute walk up the hill from the lake in the centre of Bowness. Couldn't fault a thing and would highly recommend
