酒店按導航去到一個非常偏僻的荒地！來回找半個小時衹能放棄。用其他方式在一公里之外找到一個有房的酒店（時間已經是晚上8點多黑漆漆的），在辦理入住的時候問前台才知道在網上訂的酒店就是他們酒店，真是神奇！

Perfect location by the lake for a getaway. The hotel has great facilities including a big pool and Tennis courts and its own lakeside beach access. Staff were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was more than the usual continental offering - and again staff on hand were great. The rooms are spotlessly clean and we overlooked the pool and lake. Our room had a mini bar and other refreshments could be ordered to the room. There is a restaurant but the hotel is so close to the lakeside bars and restaurants we ate by the lake. The hotel has onsite parking.

Abbiamo prenotato qui perché al telefono ci avevano detto della presenza della spa, senza però dirci che avremmo dovuto prenotarla. Ingresso alla spa negato. Inoltre non è un albergo a 4 stelle, la camera deluxe è una normale camera. Inoltre avevamo detto di alcune esigenze alimentari, ma non siamo stati accontentati. Delusione 😏

Abbiamo soggiorno in questo hotel dal 26 al 30 novembre per la laurea di mia figlia, non lo conoscevamo e precedentemente avevamo prenotato da un altra parte ma avendo a seguito una persona diversamente abile,abbiamo preferito scegliere questo albergo per gli spazi ampi, ascensore comodo, personale assolutamente gentile e subito pronto per qualsiasi problematica potesse esserci.Camere pulitissime e spaziose, vista lago di Bracciano fantastica. Colazione a buffet ricca e la signora Alessandra molto gentile.Abbiamo anche cenato la prima sera al ristorante e abbiamo trovato la cena ottima. Sicuramente torneremo molto presto.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte, camera con vista lago pulita e ordinata, bagno pulitissimo e comodo. Letto decisamente confortevole. Mi ha stupito la presenza del parquet in camera, un pavimento così delicato… ma tenuto in modo perfetto. Struttura molto ben tenuta, muri esterni e interni tinteggiati senza crepe macchie o graffi, sembra appena ristrutturato. Alla reception accoglienza super, il personale presente la mattina nella sala delle colazioni veramente gentile e a modo. Colazione a buffet abbondante varia e di qualità. Finalmente un caffè decente al bar di un ristorante. Tornerei molto volentieri in questa struttura.

Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte del 2 Novembre. Hotel situato fronte lago,distanza breve,un grande potenziale per migliorare i servizi che sono scarsi.Il personale anche se gentile non ha esperienza. Cosa rimarrà di questo soggiorno:vetrate al ristorante sporche ,secondo me mai pulite.C'e da migliorare anche sulla ristorazione,anche se i camerieri,giovani sono cortesi. In bocca a lupo...

Bella la nostra suite con gradito e gustoso omaggio di benvenuto nella la vista lago ma per andare a bracciano dovete per forza prendere l auto in quanto non percorribile a piedi ..per il lago piccola passeggiare a piedi per arrivare alla spiaggia bella e grande la piscina e campi da tennis ..parcheggio sempre pieno colazione ricca e varia dolce e salata insomma nell insieme bella struttura forse da rinfrescare un po' ...personale molto gentile insomma consiglio
