"Stayed here a few times now in accessible rooms. Always clean and up to same standard. Staff are lovely. At previous premium Inn the disabled parking spaces seem to be a free for all for vans or anyone with no blue badge. Here however staff assured me they would be moving people with no blue badges for people like me who actually need them. That is a breath of fresh air even though it should be the norm! My only complaint would be the shower head is almost touching the ceiling every time. Even on its lowest level you can’t reach it from sitting in the bath, in an accessible room it should be norm to leave it lower as anyone able bodied can adjust it to their preference but if you can’t reach it you are stuck. I also like the way they don’t ultra tuck the duvet in the bed that you need to be he-man to get into bed!"
