The pool table room has a built in bar and plenty of seating. Perfect for entertaining. ~~ Take the spiral staircase to the Rooftop Sundeck to look out over Coquina Beach at sunset or while you get your tan on. The backyard has a fire pit surrounded by plenty of seating for nights at home. There is also a putting green to practice your golf game. A 12 person deluxe swimspa was just added for your enjoyment! It allows you to relax in the jets, or turn it on to swim in the current!
