Serenity Apartments Bradford

Really nice! The night before I’d seen a few reviews online which had put me off and I was worried it’s wasn’t going to be what I’d hoped. On arrival I seen the location and was starting to panic, however once inside you’re completely shut off from the world and could be anywhere. The apartment was beautiful! I Loved the sauna and the hot tub! I need one at home! 😬 The staff were awesome & couldn’t have been nicer. Although the location isn’t brilliant It’s a short taxi ride to the train station and 20/30 minutes to Leeds which was brilliant for a few day drinks.

The experience and hospitality was amazing. The manager was very kind and helpful and the apartment I stayed in was very clean and the facilities worked very well. Looks exactly like the pictures! Would definitely recommend and go again..

Me and my husband decided to have a few days away on our own as a christmas present to each other. We know bradford isn't great but we knew we were central to leeds, Harrogate,Keighley etc and the apartments looked amazing. When we arrived we struggled to find the accommodation. Eventually we realised it was the run down council estate we had been driving past. I wanted to go home but my husband convinced me to go in. The apartment inside initially looked lovely. When the girl left we had a closer look. Smashed floor tiles all over. The kitchen light switch had a big crack down the middle. The living room fire was melted. We worried this was coz we had switched it on but sadiya told us all this damage had occurred due to a previously older guest and the room was next on the list for refurbishment. The rooms were incredibly noisy. Every door close was like someone was slamming it. Across the corridor had a party but no action was taken despite only 2 people in a room rule. They looked at the cctv and saw the extra customers leave at 8am. Extreme disappointed in this accommodation. It had aspects that would not of complied with health and saftey regulations which I intend to pursue.

Amazing customer service the owner made us so welcomed gave us soo much information showed us around. And the places speaks for it self if you want a nice cosy and romantic gateway definitely go to this place. I would definitely recommend this place without any hesitation the cleanliness is above standards definitely would come again.

Friendly and helpful owners, they give a tour round the apartments show you how to work everything and recommend local activities and restaurants. Apartment was spotless and the birthday package is a special extra touch, hot tub is stunning and nice to watch tv in there. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the apartment. Towels were provided, there was a hair dryer and ironing board also. The sauna was great and connects to Bluetooth to play music. Very special couple of nights away

Best place we’ve ever stayed. We booked a nights stay in serenity apartment number 23 and we literally had the best time, the room is perfect for just relaxing and spending some proper time together as a couple. The facilities were spot on and the jacuzzi tub was amazing! Even had a tv infront of the jacuzzi so we could listen to music or watch a film whilst in there. My partner booked this for my birthday and booked an extra package so the room was decorated with rose petals and had ‘happy birthday Courtney’ shown on the tv as we walked in and it just looked stunning. We loved our stay so much that we booked an extra night in apartment 21 which had a jacuzzi and a sauna. Both rooms were clean, smelt lovely and decorated in such a gorgeous style and you can tell that the owners have put so much thought into decorating these rooms. All staff members were lovely and were very helpful and always just a message away if we needed anything. Both nights we ordered takeaways however they do have kitchens in the rooms/apartments so there is that option there to take your own food but we just chose to try out the takeaway food as it was our first time in Bradford. Every takeaway we had just kept getting better, you can’t beat the food around there and the fish and chip shop next door is out of this world. I believe it was called mother Hubbards. If you haven’t tried this then you need to during your stay. There is also a 24 hour premier shop opposite the building if you need anything. We never went out for food so can’t comment on any restaurants in the area but that’s the thing with these rooms, when you’re in them you don’t want to leave. The rooms were so therapeutic and are perfect for spending much needed quality time with your partner. I’ve seen a few negative reviews but it seems to me that these people have picked out the most minor things and made them into a big issue because I can’t fault these rooms at all. When we first pulled up it didn’t look as appealing from the outside and me and my partner had a little bit of a laugh about it before going into the building but when your in the rooms it doesn’t matter what the outside looks like at all it feels like your in your own little world when in the rooms. This was our very first time staying at serenity but it definitely will not be our last and we will definitely be making this into a regular thing as we really did have the best time. Thankyou to all the staff, you were amazing and we will definitely be seeing you again in the near future.
