Bathroom/Toilet: there was a distinct sewer smell in the bathroom, and I had to keep the door closed at all times, to prevent it spreading to the room. There was someone else's hair on the bathroom floor Decor: the wall paper was torn and marked in many places. Noise: there was a lot of street noise at night . The large window was single glazed so every sound could be heard Comfort: the room was small so heated up quickly. I could not open the window due to noise and insects. There was an aircon unit which I used but it was very noisy when on. Staff: The staff were pleasant. However, I sent two enquiries before checking in and I received no reply. Location: the location is quite central

Stayed for 3 nights. Comfortable bed, exceptionally clean facilities, good and vast breakfast, nice staff and good privacy. Lots of parking spots right outside the Hotel, which is located in a paralel street, making it a very quiet zone

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbia mai alloggiato. Molto pulito e soprattutto menzione speciale per il ristorante italiano. Vorrei inoltre fare i miei più grandi complimenti alla proprietaria dell'hotel Elisabete. Tornerò sicuramente!

Personnel agréable et souriant. Les chambres sont très bien et adapté pour les familles. Les petits déjeuners sont très bien. Nous étions avec notre fils de 10 ans Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons l hôtel sans hésitation. Obrigada

Un hotel sencillo en el que el trato de la propietaria y de sus empleados fue magnífico. Desayuno sencillo pero suficiente y variado, habitación limpia y de tamaño suficiente para uno. Su situación permite acceder andando a los sitios más interesantes de visitar, si bien el castillo siempre estará cuesta arriba, estés alojado donde estés alojado. Repetiría sin problema.

Hotel encontra-se numa excelente localização bem no centro da cidade. O ambiente é quase familiar. A proprietária, D. Elisabete é a simpatia em pessoa. Não esquecendo a sua colaboradora Tânia que é uma preciosidade. O quarto não era de grandes dimensões, mas o suficiente para duas pessoas e com vista para a cidade. Hotel super limpo e com uma decoração sóbria e elegante. Pequeno-almoço variado. No quarto era disponibilizada garrafa de vidro reutilizável, pois o hotel fornece água purificada gratuitamente, bem como cafeteira para café ou chá. O restaurante “Casa Nostra” inserido nas instalações do hotel é excelente e de grande qualidade a um preço bastante acessível. Experiência a repetir.

Un très bon accueil, une chambre confortable , propre. Situé à proximité du centre de Braganca (10 mns à pied ou du chateau environ 20 mns), un parking gratuit à proximité. Le personnel est agréable et discret. Une halte à privilégier dans cette ville.

Hotel numa excelente localização. O quarto em que ficamos era um pouco pequeno, mas o suficiente para duas pessoas. Todo o hotel se encontrava limpo, incluindo o quarto e a casa de banho. Pequeno almoço muito variado, gostei! Devo referir que cada quarto apresenta uma garrafa de vidro disponibilizando o hotel água gratuitamente.
