Lovely stay whilst down for family wedding and enjoyed breakfast

I visited last couple of days , hotel was very good . They provided everything ., I really like specially breakfast which was included in my charges. Clean nice and location nice. Also all staff members are very helpful. I would like to visit again if I will come this location next time  Thanks

Very welcoming on arrival. Breakfast set up explained and clear instructions on room location. Room was clean although a little chilly when entering. Soon found heating controls and was able to correct this. Bathroom a little tired in places. Plenty of tea /coffee and milk supplied Ironing board and iron along with hair dryer in room Full length mirror with good lighting. Great blackout curtains and very little traffic noise heard. Comfortable bed, will definitely stay again.

Stayed here before. Easy check in and room clean and tidy. Only issue was the beds. Base too small and one foot missing. This made them uncomfortable to sleep on. Breakfast good and staff very helpful.

Title: Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, with visible cobwebs and even spiders, which left a very unpleasant feeling. To make matters worse, my children developed rashes during our stay, possibly due to insect bites. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming. The selection was limited, and when I asked for a clean spoon, the gentleman at breakfast was quite arrogant. He pointed me to two dispensers, one labelled "clean" and the other "dirty." However, the "clean" dispenser also had dirty spoons mixed in. When I pointed this out, he showed no interest in addressing the issue. Given these issues, especially the impact on my children’s health, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was an unpleasant experience overall.

Stayed for a night for a departure the next day from Stansted airport. Very comfortable with full amenities. Good price and love the included free breakfast. X20 link HOURLY bud is so easy to catch to Stansted, at bus stop nearby. About 20-30mins journey. Plucked lots of sweet juicy blackberry along the way walking to the hotel.

All the people who work there are so nice and friendly and make you feels so welcome. That way I always want to come back . Well done for a very good service.

We were initially given a room without sofa bed, when I read the description I was booking a room with a sofa bed. However the lady in the front- i cannot exactly remember her name but I think it was Tracy, she was very accommodating and moved us to a room with a sofa bed. The sink was blocked and the phone in the room wasn’t working. The whole hotel was dated and needs an upgrade. Breakfast was poor, compared to other holiday inn expresses we have stayed at this one was limited with their items and eggs etc didn’t seem fresh. We were in a small town but even then when you’re staying at a holiday inn you expect certain things to be in order and certain standards unfortunately we felt like this holiday inn wasn’t up to standard.

Standard hotel, with the basic comfort for a short stay. The receptionist in the morning was very nice and offered a late check out.
