Reputedly, it's the only five-star hotel in the area. The service and ambiance were both fantastic. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, and the balcony offered a superb view. Breakfast was also exceptional, featuring a live Guzheng performance. Our butler proactively connected with us on WeChat, offering excellent recommendations for dining and attractions. The 'Shuixi' (water banquet) restaurant they suggested was a unanimous hit with our group.

The good thing is that it is very close to the Provincial Museum, just across the road. Parking is convenient, with its own parking lot, and the service is warm. The two girls at the front desk are very nice. Seeing that we brought our children, they gave us an extra breakfast coupon and also brought a toothbrush for the children. The breakfast is quite rich, although there are not so many varieties, but it is okay.

The hotel is strategically located and convenient to travel. Zhengzhou is a bit hot these days. After telling the waiter, I immediately sent a thin quilt. I saw that I had medicine on the table and left a note to tell me to put two more bottles of water, which was very intimate. After checking out, the customer service found that something was left in the room. He took the initiative to call and express it. Thank you very much for the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. The room is relatively large, the service is very good, fruits and yogurt are delivered every day, and wontons are delivered for midnight snack on the first day. The room is upgraded and you can see the Corn Building. It is close to the elevated road, and the car noise is very small when the windows are closed, which is acceptable. The parking lot is too crowded and it is difficult to park when you arrive late.

I arrived relatively early and called at 8 o'clock in the morning to inquire whether I could check in early. The front desk was very welcoming and told me that I would welcome you to check in at any time. Free room upgrade and welcome snack tray. The room is spacious and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful night views. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite Yulong Plaza and Yinxing International Plaza, which is very convenient for dining and shopping. The garden hotel covers a large area, has good greenery, a large parking lot and free parking. The hotel service is very unique. After checking in, the front desk will give you heated mineral water, which makes you feel very warm. The layout of the hotel is a bit complicated, and the concierge helped with the luggage and delivered it to the room. The room comes with a complimentary fruit plate, yogurt and warm water for the night, as well as warm Tremella soup to warm your heart. There are daily weather reminders, Xiaodu butler service, and the bed is comfortable. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious, and the mutton soup and spicy soup are delicious. The hotel's decoration is a bit old and has not kept up with the times, which is a bit of a pity for staying in the hotel. The hotel room rate is very cheap, great value for money and very cost-effective.

The hotel is located next to the Kaifeng Municipal Government, very close to the Kaifeng Museum. It is far from the scenic spot in Feng Old Town. It is more than 10 kilometers away to reach the main attractions. The advantage is that it is very quiet at night and there is no noise in the scenic spot. If you are traveling by car, it is recommended to live here. The hotel is fully equipped, the room is clean and there is an underground parking lot. The only bad thing is that no one manages the smoking problem in public places. Someone smokes in the hotel lobby, smokes in the restaurant, smokes in the elevator... Really speechless, Fortunately, the beauty at the front desk arranged a non-smoking floor, otherwise it would really move away overnight. I hope that the hotel service staff can stop this kind of smoking behavior in public places and improve the quality.

The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable; even for someone as particular about sleep as I am, I slept soundly. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Western pastries and local delicacies. The surrounding area boasted a wide array of dining and shopping options, and getting to downtown attractions was also a breeze, with just a fifteen-minute taxi ride. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I look forward to staying here again next time!
