Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Brandon Amphitheater

Very nice motel, clean and smelled excellent. The shower was perfect. Also, it was a great price and with a convenient location. We will definitely stay here next time we come back.

This place needs to be condemned! It was disgusting! Urine stained sheets, yellow towels, roaches, carpet has not been vaccuumed, the “suite” includes a mattress sitting on the floor, walls are stained and nothing has been wiped down. I was charged a rate more than what I was told for 2 nights and when I talked to Vinnie about it she refuse to give me a refund and tells me I’m making things up. Mind you I asked for a refund before I left and was told the manager is the only one that can do that. DO NOT STAY HERE! She continues to hang up the phone on me every time I call and keeps me on hold for 10+ minutes. This place and those people are trash!

Building is old and needs to be refurbished. Perfume scent on sheets not good for allergies. Overpriced for what you get. No breakfast was served. A/C in common areas was turned off during a dangerous heat wave. Wish I hadn't been so tired. I would have moved on...

This place is terrible. Ac didn't work (in any of the rooms she offered) then the check in person became very upset when I didn't want to stay. Blocked the doorway to our room so my granddaughter and I couldn't get out while she went on a tirade. Scared my 6 year old granddaughter terribly. Refused to give a refund even though we never stayed in the room. $160 down the drain. I wouldn't even give one star unless it was necessary to post my review.

This hotel was rundown and not at all like the pictures showed. When I checked in, the "system was down" so I couldn't check in. The room was missing the microwave and coffee maker, plus there weren't any beside lamps so the entire room was dark. The desk was falling apart, there were deep scratches along the wall, there were wires hanging down from behind the tv. The entire hotel didn't run the a/c, I guess to save costs? So the room was HOT when I checked in. It took hours for the room to cool off enough to feel inhabitable. No one told me when I checked in that because the system was down, I wouldn't have wifi for my stay. I decided that I didn't feel comfortable staying the second night. I loaded up the car at 6am. No breakfast, not even coffee. I tried to get ice, ice machine was broken. I tried to check out, but the system was still down. They would call and give me the updated one night price before my credit card was charged. They didn't do that. My 2 night reservation was supposed to be $135. My card was charged $141 without notice. I called the hotel to speak to the manager, she was RUDE. She told me that my reservation was non-refundable, so the charges would stay. I asked her why I was charged more, and she said "Probably extra taxes." I told her that I wasn't comfortable staying the 2nd night, and her response was "You could talk, yes? You could come to front desk and say something, yes? Your fault for not speaking up." Anything I tried to say after that, all she would say was "Non-refundable. Not our fault. Not our problem." Until she finally said "There's no point in arguing with me. Non-refundable." And then the phone disconnected. The people who run the hotel live in the hotel. They treat you like they're doing you a favor by letting you stay in their house, and then are mean.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen, the air conditioning is not working, the place is filthy and it stinks.The rooms are not the ones that appear on the website, they are old outdated and stink. They also have a non-refundable policy, which is a total scam because nobody in there right mind would accept these accommodations. The management was rude and disrespectful. This place should closed!
