lobby furniture is WAY to used and abused. Breakfast/coffee services was reluctant to help and put out when asked to restock

This was a nice clean property. Beautifully manicured landscape. Hotel room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed it. My only complaint is they “ran out” of shower gel and I believe housekeeping made my bed with some of the same linens after I asked them to change my linens after 3 nights of being there.

I called the property direct asking for a first floor room because I am disabled and my mother is elderly. The hotel promised me a second floor fully handycap with a roll away shower, meaning walking. Well we received the third floor room with a tub. First disappointment. Second disappointment was we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We were told they serve up until 10:00 p.m. we arrived back at the hotel at 8:45 and waited 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Having been raised in my father's Diner in New York from a young age I learned about the restaurant business and a good work ethic. Being considerate knowing that the workers the cook and the waitress would want to be able to go home at 10:00 we will arrived at the restaurant by 8:45. Because of waiting 20 minutes to be waited on it was now past 9:00 p.m. we finally ordered a very simple grilled cheese and tomato soup and was brought a burnt, very burnt grilled cheese and an almost Frosty tomato soup with a dirty look from the cook because he had to restart the grill he presumed that dinner was over with way before 10:00 p.m..

Had a great time. The room we received was spacious and comfortable. The shower head was old and was difficult to move to the right; the tub drained water so slow; and the A/C unit was loud. Besides that, it was alright.
The location was a bit of a drive to local restaurants and local attractions, but the surrounding area was very quiet. I'd visit here again in the future for sure.

Looked outdated.. old worn looking lobby furniture. Room was clean, there were 4 of us- had pull out 1 bed - no bedding provided for pull out. Check in staff was friendly and accommodating, check out was not friendly , showed Hilton honors membership for points, she asked for ID to verify names, acted annoyed!… and didn’t offer rewards member “welcome”.
On the way out noticed another person getting rewards gift and different treatment!

There wasny a shuttle, nor complimentary breakfast, there were ants in the bathroom and mattresses were old with springs coming through and holes.
If it weren't for the friendly staff and courtesy, the rate would be lower.
