Quality Inn Branson on the Strip

This was a disappointing experience. The first room we were given was already occupied. The front desk staff addressed this quickly which we appreciated. However, our experience with the second room was not great. The shower had a huge wad of hair in the drain and there was hair on the toilet. There were also wrappers and trash left in the ice bucket sitting on the sink. The room generally seemed like it wasn't thoroughly cleaned and prepped for guest arrival. Also not all of the light sockets were in working order. The lights for lighting up the exterior of the building were so bright and right outside our window that it was difficult to sleep even with the shades closed because the light was still coming through around the shades. The most confusing and disruptive part of our experience was that at around 930pm and 1030pm, after we had already gone to sleep, the same front desk staff member knocked on our door. The first time this happened he had walked away before I could get the door open. Then, on the second occurrence, he just gestured toward me that he didn't need anything when I did open the door. It's almost as if they forgot they moved us to this room and were coming to see if the room was occupied. Regardless, it was incredibly disruptive and made it not a restful experience. The breakfast options were slim and not enjoyable.

other than my spouse died last Friday the 10th and i asked to have the room refunded and NO ONE would help in any way. YOU NEED TO GET RID OF *******!! they are making you guys look bad!

The room was awful there was a Chun I of the wall missing it smelled like mold and the front desk was very rude.

Room was garbage. Floor in bathroom was rotten an moldy and falling apart. Bed sheets were off bed and dirty. Sink did not drain and hoodrats were staying next door drinking loud all night outside

Upon arrival we are informed that the inside pool is closed even though it said nothing in the description about it being closed also the front desk charged my card when a charge was not supposed to be on that card because I paid cash. And the staff lied straight to my face about this being the only Quality Inn location in Branson when there is one right down the road that is a lot nicer than this one.

We did not stay, refused to cancel, we called ******* for assistance , no resolution. No water in shower, Toilet would not flush , mold smell, springs could be felt in mattress. Moved to another room that was on 3rd floor with non working elevator. I will tell everyone I know about this experience . I want this complaint documented. Our anniversary trip was moved to another hotel that we booked on our own, called ******* requesting help. Hotel refused to refund . ******* offered at first one time cancellation

Food for breakfast was not hot, gravy was very watery and coifee was very weak. Had 2 rooms, #213 had no hot water the evening of the first day. Bath tub in #213 was not clean. Spent a fair amount of money for 2 rooms that were below avarage

the room was clean and the office people were very nice. Breakfast was okay. we would stay there again.

Upon arrival we were put in the top floor, 410, elevator did not work. We checked the bed for bugs and the mattress was nasty, major stains and just lots of dirt, 2 of the pillows had stains as well. The tub floor was nasty and a strange went coming off the step up to the toilet was hanging off, the room smelled bad as well. We were so tired and were only sleeping for a couple of hours so we just dealt with it but it was not worth the loss of my key cash. I took lots of pictures of all the issues. We got a jacuzzi suite and didn’t even use it since the rest of the stuff was gross and not sure if the tub or jets would be sanitary to use. Such a waste.
