Best Western Music Capital Inn

I was pleased with the hotel.  It was a nice place to stay.  The only problem I had, was I booked a mobility room however when we arrived at the hotel we did not get a mobility room.  They said that going through a third party to book, you don’t always get what you booked.  I was disappointed about that.

Breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable stay. Couldn’t have asked for better staffing. First 5 star stay in all my years.

Not very happy with room, felt unclean and smelled like dogs, we do not have dogs and have allergies to dogs and cats so not comfortable. Also breakfast food just average, did have waffle and pancake maker but had to wait for it, other foods average.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of extras we didn’t expect. Huge variety for the free breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Hot tub was open and so was the pool, the rooms were beautiful and clean. Absolutely would stay here again

We were expecting a "regular" King bed room, but unfortunately, we were assigned an "assisted" room. When we checked in, the shower was horrible, with no water pressure at all. The young lady at the front desk said that since we got the room through a 3rd party company, that the hotel was to assign us with a "special needs" room. After staying one night and unable to shower, I complained to the front desk attendant that we would not be staying there again. This hotel is located in Branson, MO. The young lady at the front desk called us on our room phone and offered us an "upgraded" room on the third floor. After moving all our bags and necessities to the new room, everything went well. Cudos to the young lady at the front desk for understanding our problem and correcting it.

Heated pool, hot tub and sauna were wonderful. The room was clean and lobby/pool areas/breakfast nook was all clean as well, even with the hotel being a little dated.

This hotel was clean, the breakfast options were good, but most importantly, the hotel was conveniently located to all of the main attractions in Branson. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do at a good price.

The pool area is neat and I loved the sauna, but there were old bandaids around the pool that were not cleaned over night, it was noticeably dirty. They advertise having a game room and it is not there anymore.
