Quality Inn Branson - Hwy 76 Central

Finding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the *****. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

IT WAS THE DIREST AND NASTINESS OF HOTELS!!! Poor service poor room cleaning!! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, hot tub and the way it looked. But to our surprise when we arrived the pool and hot tub were closed, the ice machine on our side of the building was broke, we had to walk to the other building if we wanted any. The big breakfast they also talk about was terrible. Not worth the price at all!

1star Pool was not working the entire time. The rooms were musty smelling and outdated. The rooms were not worth the money that we paid.

Was suppose to have a pool view, didn’t happen. Kids were excited about the pool, pool was closed. Shower was cold, called front office about 3 times no response. Walked to the front office to let them know and finally hot water.

bed bugs BED BUGS!! found bed bugs and crumbs in our bed! and found roaches in the pool room, pool was NASTY. We literally handed them a bed bug in a napkin and they’re claiming they don’t have bed bugs and will not refund us. do not stay here!!
