Super 8 by Wyndham Branson / Shepherd of the Hills Exwy

The location is good. I am not a fan of staying on the *****, the traffic is to much. Decent place for the price. I would not plan on eating the hot breakfast, it was terrible. Gravy was slightly flavored water. Kids enjoyed the pool, but they had no towels in the tote, even though worker said they were there. I was overall happy with place for the price I paid.

Room clean, staff ok-had to ask twice for extra towels, breakfast ****** and parking tight.

This hotel is very dirty and poorly maintained. The lobby is closed and locked overnight and doesn't open until 7am, so good luck if you need to access a computer, coffee, a map, or speak to an employee.

Was good overall, rooms are a little on the smaller side. Had an issue with the people above us with the noise but they were prompt to tell them to keep it down. Breakfast was okay. Could use some fruit added. But good for a free breakfast. Would stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

Wasnt the cleanest or the most up to date in the room. The pool was clean and water looked good. Check in was simple. Worth the money i paid thru *******, definitely would be disappointed had i paid more.

Price was good. Room service was nonexistent. Had to get our clean towels from the office. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok.

Stayed here as a family of 5 for 3 nights and super impressed with our stay, nothing fancy but of course that wasn't our expectation, room was super clean,pool was great! Open till 10 pm, a/c works like a charm, if I had anything on the negative side it would be the breakfast, definitely needs quality and more options would be nice. But with the price and overall experience we would definitely recommend for a family or really anyone trying to get a good price to stay in branson. And biggest thing is we were within 10-15 minutes to absolutely everything. I think top of the rock was about 20 minutes but that was the only thing that far out. Super convenient location!! And I think i seen online in a comment there is no fridge, if so that is no longer the case.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. We love the atmosphere this hotel offers. Very friendly staff. Highly recommending.

Our stay was just okay. While the staff was friendly and the shower provided great water pressure and temperature, the room itself was very basic and lacked attention to detail. We were missing basic necessities like hand soap and an ice bucket liner. The beds were also quite uncomfortable—even our ten-year-old noticed it immediately. Additionally, parking was very tight, and the free breakfast was disappointing enough that we chose to eat out every morning, which was an unexpected and frustrating expense.
