I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Adriana, the manager, who truly went above and beyond during my stay.
We experienced some technical issues with the room, which could have easily affected the overall experience. However, Adriana handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. She was proactive, attentive, and made every effort to resolve the issue quickly while ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of.
Her dedication to guest satisfaction and her personal approach made a real difference. Thanks to her, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a positive and memorable experience.
Thank you, Adriana, for your outstanding service — it did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.

Incredible stay!!!!! Don’t stay anywhere else in Brasov, this is the place. Everyone here at this boutique hotel was soo nice and welcoming. The rooftop balcony was absolutely amazing. The most beautiful view in Brasov. The pictures only the listing are exactly up to par with what you’ll stay at. The bed was comfy, couch as well. Lighting system so cozy! If I ever come back I’m going to stay here again. We stayed three nights total and had breakfast each morning cuz it was soo good.
