⭐ “A True 5-Star Experience Disguised as 4 Stars” ⭐ This hotel may officially carry 4 stars, but in every meaningful way, it delivers a true 5-star experience. From the moment of arrival, everything is handled with warmth, efficiency, and genuine professionalism. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. Small gestures, efficient service, and a sense of pride in what they offer elevate the entire experience beyond expectations. It delivers the refinement, comfort, and reliability normally associated with top-tier 5-star properties. This is one of those rare hotels where the rating undersells the reality. If you are looking for comfort, quality, and service that exceeds expectations, this hotel absolutely deserves to be considered 5-star in practice, regardless of what the official classification says. Highly recommended — and a benchmark for what hospitality should be.

The rooms were very clean, and the sauna, hot spring, and small swimming pool were great for families with children. The location was excellent; there was a small market nearby, as well as a small ski slope and a snow play area for kids.

It is very close to the city center and there is a large park next to it. The breakfast restaurant has a beautiful view and the waiters are very enthusiastic and diligent. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. But the bed is a bit small.

The hotel is located next to a new and modern shopping mall, in the city center. The owner's service is very good. The luggage is stored in the hotel, and the owner will take the initiative to call and ask when to pick it up.

Level 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy. Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights. At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy. Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am. No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

Very near to the city square, black church, Catherine gate and so on. just a walking distance. The room is big as we expected to the romanian country and also food nearby and drinking or coffee vendo machine is very helpful for us. Staff is very helpful and never leave us unattended. They are okey to message directly or ask them for any question regarding the town since we are a tourist.

The location is very close to the ski resort, the hotel facilities are great, and the food is delicious

Perfect location, very large beautiful room. The only uncomfortable thing is that there is not a proper shelf to put your stuff in the bathroom. We found a place to put stuff over the toilet but it's not a suitable place, if something falls.... Nice breakfast

Comfortable hotel, fast and good service, friendly staff .

cleaned the room daily for us. and even gave us a bottle of champagne for new years day! what a lovely gesture :)
