The waitress at cafe were great, good service. Clean room. Even the guest public toilets were super clean . Good location just opposite the river with magnificient view of boats and ferries passing by.

The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Danube. You can see the beautiful Danube from the hotel balcony. The breakfast is satisfactory. The lobby service attitude is very good. On the first night of check-in, I found that the hotel bedding was not clean. I informed the front desk early the next morning and all the bedding was replaced in time. The attitude was good.

Devin is always an excellent place to stay. My only disappointment this time was the breakfast which didn’t have as large a selection of different types of food as in the past.

We had 2 rooms ( 1 for 2 nights, 1 for 4 nights, all pre-paid)After check-in ( 2 rooms) at 10pm, 1 room was found to be occupied. When i returned home, the office called me to ask why 'clothes and passport were still in room 217" ( the room booked and paid for for a further 2 nights. Im still stuck for words as its ongoing
