Very pleasant staff, conveniently located (easily driveable to a variety of sites and activities -- also walkable to a few restaurants but the road is not really intended for walking), an older room, but clean and simple; no frills, no problems. Bed unexpectedly very comfortable. Some potential parking lot sketchiness, but that can happen anywhere.

Staff was lovely and room was clean. Also enjoyed a nice bath in the tub after my legs hurt from hiking and swinning, Great stay for the price and close to then wonderful nature of Brattleboro. Would definitely stay again.

It was fine for a couple of nights and more affordable than Keene, NH (20 min away) where we had a baseball tournament. It’s an older inn, but very clean and the staff was very welcoming. Very close to many fast food restaurants walking distance right on the main road.

The front reception staff was very friendly, welcoming, and kind. He had plenty of information to offer and suggestions around the town. We met one of the owners later in the evening who was incredibly helpful with suggestions around the state as well as surrounding states. He answered all our questions and even started the patio heater for us so we could sit outside. This was the perfect road-trip motel!

Great stay, great people
Mother and daughter run this hotel. Both are super sweet. Upon entering the front desk area, you're welcomed by seeing a beautiful fish tank and fish pond. Parking was right by the door. A cute porch with chairs were by the room door. The bathroom and bedroom were both clean and inviting. The kitchen area gave a sense of home with a real coffee cup and a makeup remover wipe on the sink. Tina (mother) and Monica (daughter) both were friendly and talked about things to do and see while in the area. Breakfast was quick items like yogurt, granola bars, muffins, coffee and fruit. The yogurt was probably the best ive ever had.
