The chairs were worn out, some of the chair legs were loose, the trash cans were still full from the previous tenant, the windows were dirty, the view was of the trash-strewn front garden. Wallpaper was peeling off, sofas were full of the previous tenant's leftover food. The bathroom was also horrible, the dirty kitchen equipment and the dirty bed linen we were supposed to sleep in. WiFi only worked on the first day, we were informed about this several times, we were just put off or lied to that a technician would come, nothing happened. Parking spaces are closed, you have to carry your luggage and shopping for several meters.

The Panoramic Hotel is no longer a hotel, but now has many beautiful holiday apartments on offer. From the outside it is quickly clear that the Panoramic in Braunlage-Hohegeiss is showing its age. But we were surprised by the beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was not only clean and tidy, but also lovingly furnished. There is a great view from the upper floors. There is currently no restaurant there, just a small street café; here you can have coffee and cake in the afternoon or a cocktail in the evening at reasonable prices. The parking garage is currently being renovated, which was and is necessary. So something is happening. We will be back!

OK, the complex is a little old, especially from the outside. But inside it is very well maintained and clean. And the facilities on offer in the building are really great, swimming pool, sauna, billiards, cafes. But above all it is a great starting point for other outdoor activities, archery, hiking, mountain biking. There is a playground and mini golf course right outside the front door, which is certainly great for the little ones too.

Sind öffters im Panoramic.Der Preis ist super. Man zahlt für die Reinigung 25 Euro.Auf dem Balkon war noch die gefüllte Dose mit Zigaretten..Herdplatte und Backofen ,haben seit langer Zeit keine Reinigungsmittel gesehen.Am Anreisetag (24.12.2024)bekam man per Handy die Code für den Zimmerschlüssel.Die Datei für die Kurkarte war nicht dabei.Ohne kurkarte,keine Schwimmbadbenutzung.Keine kostenlose Busfahrt.Die Firma Saathof beharte darauf ,die Datei mit der Kurkarte geschickt zu haben.Bei mir nicht angekommen. Ist wohl kein Einzelfall.Warte noch auf die Rückmeldung aus Braunlage.Meine Ansprechdame bei der Fa.Saathof wollte mir ihren Namen nicht sagen.Gesprächsverlauf .Blockarde hoch 3.

Ferienwohnng im 16. Stock ok. Schöne Aussicht nach Süden. Die Hochhäuser eher abschreckend vom Ambiente. Schwimmbad ok. Bar nicht besetzt. Im Dorf wenig Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren...immer nur mit Reservierung...schade. Braunlage recht weit zu fahren...
