All good, only parking and breakfast by far too expensive. Sauna and Gym and Relax area very good.

The hotel was located in a very convenient spot, close to all amenities and it had a very beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly. But the breakfast was very expensive. Hygiene was very poor.

Very central location, nice building with view into the green of the Bürgerpark. Spacious rooms with upper class interiour design. EV charging facilities close by. Decent bar with variety of drinks. Breakfast rather expensive.

The rooms are a bit dated and the room was not cleaned daily despite explicit request. It was also not possible to store luggage for a certain period of time. Friendliness and service not appropriate for a 4-star hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, the service was very friendly and attentive. The sauna and fitness area are perfectly adequate. The rooms were clean and the furniture was as good as new. We were not travelling for business, so we cannot rate the conference rooms
