IIanetteOur stay was wonderful and the Easter chocolates for Easter Weekend was a nice personal touch. There were some minor issues (LED lightstrip behind headboard flashing constantly) that was immediately reported when we arrived and fixed within the same hour of our arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was safe (they park and bring out your vehicle when you need it). The only thing (but it wasn't a deal breaker) was the slight damp/mouldy smell in the room, but it's like that everywhere in the area due to the high moisture and humidity in the area. There are however some black mould spots that needs attention, just for the hotel to note - especially on the curtains and in the shower.
Our stay was comfortable and breakfast was good (nice variety daily). Just please note that they do charge ”tourist tax” which wasn't indicated on our booking, Trip.com and the Hotel is responsible to disclose this beforehand.

GGuest UserVery well located hotel, near the Imperial Museum, the Lanchones and Shops, historical building, has received an excellent tasty decoration, with modern airs that talk with the old, without confusion. Room with comfortable bed and bed clothes, good size bed, great bed, great bathroom, could look more at toilet products like a way to enchante the client. The breakfast coffee environment is very beautiful and modern. the location where the swimming pool and the idem water baths are located. All very clean. Attentive staff. In front of the hotel has a taxi and parking point 24h. Also has a supermarket. The hotel has a bistro; pizza, but we didn't. The lift wasn't working, that was the only negative point for me. They could have warned us, because if I were with my mother, I wouldn't have to get up the stairs.

GGuest UserThe cleaning could be better, the air conditioning without control and very noisy, the TV with bad image.The dry sauna was not available in maintenance, but I didn't see anyone moving on its maintenance. The pool could be cleaner mainly at the end of the afternoon, I myself passed the rhine to take several dirts out of the water.
The hotel was a big group in the All Day mode, and the third-party international restaurant had nothing to do, my wife asked for a grilled chicken with broccoli rice that is Incoming, she did not touch the rice.
The hotel has been very good at the reception, even upgraded in our accommodation. The location is very nice, the road that leads to the hotel is very dangerous, narrow and not passing two cars in parallel.

Super indic, it's a super experience to sleep in a castle.
A small observation and that is for the hotel: I felt that in some parts of the castle there was a bad smell, e.g. in the melhane floor a strong mto smell that reminded the cat mid, I don't know if it is because of the structure, the old furniture of the time, but I believe That it could be solved by walking through the castle, TBM felt that smell. I think they could look a little more at it.
Outside that beautiful place is incredible.
