Great
曉曉The room and toilet are large and clean enough to stay in the homestay, but it should be noted that the check-in time is only two hours 4:00-6:00pm, because we came out of Banff and encountered a heavy snow for 4 hours. The drive became 11 hours. Contact Ctrip Hotel to tell you that no late check-in is possible. After Ctrip coordination, add another CAD 25 and check in before 9:00am. It is very urgent all the way. In fact, the landlord lives in the room of the hotel
SSeogyehunThe room is comfortable, bright and spacious, but the floors are all made of wood. People walking outside the room are very loud. I happen to live next to the stairs and it is difficult to go up and down the stairs.
GGuest UserThe manager Sarah Stricker initiated our book in time well Advance of our standard policy time entry.
She found us a room serviced ,cleaned, prepared and ready for early usage.
Professional initiative engagement our Hotel resources and very courteous with effecient booking for me.
I found this Hotel ,comfortable, and well appointed with room layout as well facilities,
A quality assortment selections for the included with stay, breakfast.
GGuest UserThe pool and hot tub was nice. Because of Covid the included breakfast was a bagged take away and it was disappointing. Granola bar, small muffin and juice box.
SsimonI made 3 mistakes that cost me that night:
#1. Chosen the wrong apps.
#2. Assuming that when I used the same apps to book previous trips, that it would stay in same currency(Canadian) on booking by a Canadian in Canada for a Canadian hotel, but it was in US dollars, this time.
#3. I needed to use my earned trip Coins
to cover the costs including the security deposit, then I was not able to cancel ( even 10 minutes after booking )
As a results Trips.com advised me that I have to accept the booking, 3 hours later.
I had to abandon the booking and my 326 dollars because I can not cover the security deposit. I did learned a lesson.
thank you
GGuest UserNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.
GGuest UserI'm from Bowen Island & came here for Christmas & to see family. Any future reservations for Abbotsford, I will definitely be bringing my business here. They were there to accommodate me, when family came, they were fine with my guests and didn't say anything about it. That was VERY important.
