The basic rules of hotel management are not followed. When a guest stays in the room, the hotel staff can use the room card to open the door directly and enter the house without knocking, and more than once. The first time he opened the door, and then said, ”Oh, this house is occupied,” and closed the door; the second time, he opened the door directly, and said again, ”This house is occupied,” and the interval was only a few seconds. I couldn't understand what was going on in their minds, and there was a waiter at the door talking, but he didn't stop them. I was taking a shower in my room at the time. This behavior made me very angry. It was also the first time I encountered this situation while staying at a hotel. I found an office with the word ”Service Center” on the door and told her about it. She looked like she was in charge, but she actually said that I couldn't tell the boss about this matter and would be punished. Tian Nai went to the front desk again, but the front desk Several people just refused to provide the phone number of the person in charge, so they had no way to complain and could only respond here.

AAnonymous User前台小夥和瘦瘦的高高的那兩個服務態度挺好，房間床品衞生有待提高，餐廳的服務需要提升一下，這個店的店長挺不錯的，主動幫忙，一直陪到我走。特別不錯。再提一個小小的建議，昨天晚上9點多我停車的時候不知道地下車庫是酒店的，就停在了入口那邊一直到擋住了車，我問前台，才知道地下車庫是酒店的，因為沒有車位我還特意給前台説了需要挪車給我打電話，然後前台，保安都沒説地下車庫是酒店的，這一點我覺得得提升一下。
